Installed within the exhibition space, the screen presents dynamic visual content featuring the pottery head sculptures with engraved facial patterns, along with related historical information. Through digital imagery, historical information preserved in archaeological artifacts is presented to visitors in a more direct and engaging visual form.
Shuangdun Site Museum
Located in Bengbu, Anhui Province, the Shuangdun Site Museum is part of the Shuangdun National Archaeological Site Park. Dating back approximately 7,300 years, the Shuangdun Site is an important Neolithic archaeological site in the middle reaches of the Huai River.
Among the discoveries from the site are pottery head sculptures with engraved facial patterns and a rich collection of engraved symbols on pottery. These archaeological remains provide important physical evidence for the study of early writing and the development of civilization in the Huai River Basin.
When these static archaeological remains are reinterpreted through digital imagery, history is no longer limited to the viewing of physical artifacts. Instead, it gains a more visual and direct form of presentation.
A New Display Medium for Digital Exhibitions
From museums and science centers to corporate exhibition halls and digital cultural tourism projects, MUXWAVE Holographic Invisible Screen technology is being applied in a growing range of digital exhibition scenarios as an innovative display medium.
